Q: Where can I download the NIMEKO App?
A: The Nimeko application may be downloaded through the Apple App Store or from Google Play.
Q: Is the NIMEKO™ App free to download?
A: Yes, the App is free to download.
Q: What should I do If the sound stop playing or experience a screen freeze?
A: Shut down the application and relaunch it. This should resolve any issues. If problems persist, please contact us at support@onisemo.com
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Our products are experience based and do to that fact we do not accept any returns. If you are experiencing issues viewing a purchased DFS, please contact us at support@onisemo.com
Q: Why can’t I find any NIMEKO™ DFS™ on any other websites or social media?
A: Our DFS productions/Artworks are exclusively available through the Nimeko platform or Authorized entity. This is to preserve the integrity of the DFS in its entirety.
Q: Is the NIMEKO Application available on iPad/tablets?
A: Currently, the Nimeko Application is available on mobile devices only. If the Nimeko Application is downloaded on a tablet, it will not be optimized for those device types. Please see details located in the App Store to determine compatibility.
Q: What is the DFS COMPANION series?
A: The DFS Companion is a DFS when its designed to be a part of of a physical work/s.
Q: What should I do If the App (DFS) is not connecting to the art piece/collectible/device?
A: 1. Relaunch the Application and try again.
2. If the relaunching of the application does not resolve the issue, install new batteries.
3. Reseat the batteries located on the Bluetooth hardware located in your art piece/collectible.
4. Make sure that only one smartphone device is connected at a time. This means that there cannot be 2 or more devices simultaneously connected to the Bluetooth device.
5. Recommended Batteries to use are the Energizer AAA Ultimate Lithium.
Q: How long do the batteries last?
A: The Batteries have been tested to last 45 days in standby. If all the LED are turned on, the power will last approximately 22 hours.
Q: What is the “Transfer Ownership” feature?
A: The “Transfer Ownership” allows a user to gift any DFS in their “Collection” Section to another Nimeko user. Once the recipient receives the gifted Digital Feature Set and activates that received Digital Feature Set on their account the original sender will have that DFS deactivated permanently from their account. Nimeko does not offer any type of support for this option. Nimeko is not responsible for any loss or any issues whatsoever that may occur regarding the “Transfer Ownership” “Gifting” feature.
Q: Is my purchase history connected to the Apple App Store or Google Play?
A: No. All user accounts are connected to the email address used to sign up to Nimeko Interactive Artworks.
